The Workout:
**For each shot, make 5 from the middle and each baseline 1. From 3 feet away Hold the ball in your palm, rotate to your shooting pocket One hand shot with good form 2. From 6 feet away Two hand shot with good form 3. From 6 feet away Pound form shooting One hard, high dribble to shooting pocket right into shot |

5-spot shooting (baseline, wing, point, wing, baseline) 1. Spin the ball to your spot Square to the basket (1/4 turn) Find your shooting stance and shoot Make 1 shot from each spot Repeat starting at the other baseline 2. Hit 5 shots from each side for each move 1. Crossover jumper - Push one dribble with the outside hand, crossover, one or two dribbles inside hand and shoot 2. Between the legs jumper - Push one dribble with the outside hand, go between the legs, one or two dribbles inside hand and shoot 3. In and out into a jumper - Push outside, in and out dribble, one more dribble, shoot 3. Step back - Push two dribbles with outside hand, take one retreat dribble, balance and shoot |
