Mikan Drill (make 15)
Dropstep no dribble alternate blocks (make 10)
Mikan drill off two feet (make 15)
Dropstep with dribble off two feet (make 10)
Reverse Mikan from under hoop (make 10)

The Workout:

Throw the ball off the backboard
Catch it at its highest point - jump and reach!
Make 5 of each from the right and left side

1. Catch, check for good balance, and go up strong
2. Catch, check for good balance, upfake (upper body only!), and go up strong
3. Catch, rip high, power dribble to other side and finish

The Workout:

Spin the ball to yourself above the block facing away from the basket - catch low and balanced!
Make 5 of each move on both sides.

1. Power dribble middle then drop-step to outside and finish strong
2. Power dribble middle into baby hook shot off 2 feet
3. Up and under: pivot to middle, upfake, step through to basket and finish (don't travel!)

- Spin the ball to yourself above the block facing away from the basket.
- Execute a reverse pivot - step out with outside foot, pivot facing the basket to square up.

- Make 5 of each move on both sides.

1. Reverse pivot, balance, shoot 
2. Reverse pivot, show, and drive baseline for layup
3. Reverse pivot, show, and drive middle for layup
