#1. Jordin Canada - Wall Passing

The Player:​
- 3rd in the WNBA in Assists per game in 2020
- 2018 & 2020 WNBA Champion with the Seattle Storm
- Named to 2019 WNBA All-Defensive Team
- Played at UCLA (career assist leader)
- 5th overall pick in the 2018 draft
The Workout:

Fingerpad touches (one step off the wall):
20 right hand above your shoulder
20 right hand out to the side
20 left hand above your shoulder
20 left hand out to the side
5 right hand up and down mini dribbles (from high to low and back!)
5 left hand up and down mini dribbles 

Wall passes:
One hand quick touch pass from two steps off the wall - 20 right, 20 left
20 Right hand chest pass with right foot step from 3 steps off the wall
20 Left hand chest pass with left foot step from 3 steps off the wall
20 Skip Pass (2 hands overhead) from 4 steps off the wall

The Workout:

Each partner has a ball
Passes are thrown at the same time!
Be sure to step into every pass!

- Chest Pass (15 right then 15 left)
- Bounce Pass (15 right then 15 left)
- One partner chest pass, one partner bounce pass (10 then switch passes)
- Waist wrap, one handed pass (10 right then 10 left)
- Figure 8, one handed pass (10 right then 10 left)
