#1 Chennedy Carter: Layup Form
The Workout:
Make 5 of each on both the left and the right Keep the ball high and use the backboard! 1. 2-Step Layups: outside foot, inside foot and up (no dribble) 2. 1 dribble layups: outside hand dribble 3. Layup from 3-point line (focus on footwork and using the correct hand) |

#2 Breanna Stewart: Rip Series Layups
The Workout:
Spin into jump stop on the wing Make 5 of each from both sides Rip into regular layups Rip middle and finish over the top Rip middle and finish on the opposite side Rip middle, jump stop, step through back to same side |

#3 Sabrina Ionescu: Dribble Moves Into Layups
The Workout:
Horseshoe style (alternate right then left) Explode to the basket out of every move Make 3 of each from left and right: - Hesitation dribble layups - Crossover, finish opposite - In and out layups - Between the legs, finish opposite - Double crossover layups - Spin move, finish opposite |

#4 Dewanna Bonner: Jump Stop Layups
The Workout:
Horseshoe style layups (alternate from right and left) Make 10 total layups for each 1. Attack from the wing, jump stop finish (2 feet at the same time!) 2. Attack middle, jump stop finish 3. Baseline drive, square to the hoop (toes facing baseline), jump stop finish 4. Baseline drive to other side, square to the hoop, jump stop finish |
